  You really get what you pay for with this store, cheap glasses and even cheaper service. I recently got two pair of glasses, after a couple of days i noticed i was having problems with the sunglass pair, i returned them to the store and asked the gentleman behind the counter if he could please check if the right lense matched the script, now i was the only customer in the store but he told me to go for a walk for about half an hour and he would check them, i returned 45 minutes later to find them sitting on the shelf behind the counter, the female attendent checked with him and she was informed that he had not had a chance to do it yet, the store was empty and he was sitting at the back of the room, i was told i could have an appointment the following week, i took my glasses straight to OPSM and they discovered a fault with the lense and OPSM have resolved this issue for me....lesson learned ..should not have gone to specksavers.

  Rude, ignorant and dismissive. Unbelievable how bad this experience was. Never going back to specsavers. If you wanted to get treated poorly, go into this store. If you want the worst incomplete eye test ever.. then I recommend you go here.

  Just tried to book family appointment, 2 kids 2 adults and was told they don't do them and had to justify why I needed these appointments. The lady was rude and u accommodating. There's no specsavers in my country town and I need to travel 4.5 hour to this store to which she wanted to spread the appointments over two days. Is specsavers going to pay for the accommodation required for my family to accommodate their restrictions on appointments??

  Great service yet again with Specsavers Hervey Bay they are all friendly, professional and willing to help. The store was very busy but I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The optometrist was very thorough and found a cataract growing which explained my vision issues( I am only 47). I can see so much better now with my new glasses and plan to have cataract removed in the next few months.
