    I have had several experiences with this shop and they have all been good except for today. I had physically damaged my GoPro and was told that it couldn't be fixed as it wasn't under warentee (which is understandable). I was also told that if I wanted it to be fixed, I would have to buy a brand new GoPro because they do not sell the part I needed. I called GoPro when I got home, and they have a new part in the mail for me as we speak to help fix my GoPro. I am super disappointed that I was left under the impression that I was going to have to spend hundreds to fix my GoPro.

    I found this extremely poor customer service & left a bad feeling in the pit of my stomach. That my money is more important than my feelings.. As A small business owner I can tell you they are equal!

    We purchased an OPPO phone in MAY 2017 and it was broken by October 2017. We only purchased it on the staff recommendation. They would not replace it under warranty as they stated OPPO needed to see it first. They informed it was only for 2 days. So no replacement phone was offered or requested. Well after calling them 3 times after a week of waiting I finally got a reply to state that it got water due to humidity or sweat and would not be covered under warranty. I find it very strange that a phone is not covered for humidity or sweat in QLD.

    We have purchased MANY larger items from JB in the past 5 years, but , JB we have just purchased a 65inch OLED TV from someone else and you will not see our money again.

    There was no follow up on the repair & when I went into the store to see the manager I waited for 3 calls over the PA system before he came only to be told "Bad luck" & I was just unlucky!

    The service I received at JB HI-FI Hervey Bay was, without a doubt, the best service I have received in a long time. My son and I presented with a problem regarding our head phones. Joel was so pleasant and helpful. He enlisted the aid of the Manager Nick. Between the two of them, they totally resolved the issue, and we exited the store, extremely happy and satisfied customers. I was truly blown away by their customer service. Thank you Joel and Nick. And thank you JB.
