    Eb Games is an awesome store, full of the latest games and preowned games. Customer Assistance is great and the service is exceptional.

    Was picking up a preordered items this afternoon and was meeted with shocking customer service. Firstly, the staff wasn't organised and didn't talk to me what so ever as to why they were taking so long to bring my items out. Secondly, the staff was having their own conversations right in front of me, totalling ignoring me and lastly I am just disgusted with the overall service that was provided.

    It is the best place in harvey bay the shop is awesomely setup and the customer service makes me feel really cuntfortibel and safe.
